the renovations were obviously a problem, yet no warning was given, what an absolute failure! the staff seemed highly untrained, and to top it off, my room was just dimly lit, making me feel like I was in a dungeon. a warm welcome gift woudl ve been nice but apparently, that’s too much to ask here, so disappointed!
